Intro

Transformation of a disused pub into residential use on the edge of the Peak District National Park.

The DESIGN

The design transformed a disused pub with a large tarmac car park into 4 private dwellings with a stone sett paved courtyard parking area, private gardens adjacent to the refurbished buildings and extensive private linear gardens away from the house. Designs also created a detention pond for surface water run off, a communal orchard and a new driveway entrance incorporating controlled vehicle and pedestrian gates. Construction is in progress and photos show partial completion.
