Myton Gardens Primary School is at the centre of a new community south of Warwick and provides places for Key Stages One and Two, an on-site nursery and SEND spaces. Natural Dimensions were appointed to develop a masterplan for the site to accomodate the building, parking and drop off, sustainable drainage, habitat, play zones and sports fields. Concept plans were developed to planning stage submission detailing site wide spatial arrangement. Subsequent to planning approval, we then developed the design into a technical construction package successfully built by Speller Metcalfe. The school opened in September 2025 with additional planting to be undertaken in the 2025-26 planting season.
