Proposals include an extensive redesign of the large rear gardens and also a complete remodelling of the large frontage and driveway. Materials include Flemish pavers, porcelain and granite with new planting, extensive drainage engineering and new lighting. The work is being run under the JCLI contract terms supervised by Natural Dimensions. Completion is expected in summer 2020.
