March Carlisle Construction Update

Phase two has begun in earnest with removal of the large area of blockwork from the Market Square area in preparation for the concrete base laying. Approximately 1000m2 of granite paving in a mix of five colour shades will be laid here over the next three months before final works are completed around the war memorial. In phase 1 at the Greenmarket, stone work is being installed at the north end of the events pace with the cropped pink granite for the main planter completed and ready to received planting in the first week of April.
