Planning Approval For Woodpecker Close Extra Care Scheme, Saughall Massie

Natural dimensions were selected to design the grounds of a new extra care scheme ahead of a number of leading landscape design practices after winning a design competition set up by the client, alpha living.

Delighted that this collaboration with award winning Pozzoni Architects received planning approval last week. The client had really aspirational ideas for high quality green spaces around a 78no. apartment extra care scheme to benefit resident wellbeing. Natural Dimensions designed formal gardens, wildlife gardens, a gravel garden, an orchard and raised growing bed areas as well as the carpark and entrance space landscapes including an arrival tree boulevard.
